headmark™ was tasked with creating a campaign to increase traffic, Average Transaction Value (ATV) and grow the newsletter subscriber list for Lindt Chocolate Shops.

The team brainstormed and developed the 'WIN a Trip to Switzerland and Meet Tennis Legend Roger Federer' campaign. The mechanics were simple: customers had to visit any Lindt store or shop online, spend $25 or more, and enter the contest using their receipt number on an online entry form.

The campaign was a resounding success, leading to increased overall sales, a higher customer count, improved ATV, and a significantly expanded database of newsletter subscribers.

Results

Net Trade Sales (NTS): +7.3%

Traffic: +6.6%

Transactions: +5.5%

Average ticket: +1.7%

Newsletter subscribers: +12%
