Launching Chatime’s Iced Coffee Range: A Strategic Collaboration
When Chatime set out to introduce its new Iced Coffee range, we partnered with them to craft a multi-channel campaign that drove brand awareness, engagement, and in-store traffic.
The Strategy
Together, we developed a dynamic approach that blended sound, storytelling, and digital precision:
🔴 Radio & Sonic Branding: We worked with a leading radio station to launch an awareness-driving campaign and collaborated with sonic experts to develop a signature jingle and sonic identity, ensuring Chatime’s Iced Coffee stood out in a crowded market.
🔴 Digital Amplification: To build on the momentum, we produced a suite of engaging video assets for digital platforms, reinforcing the campaign message and driving brand consideration for the new coffee range, these channels included TikTok; Youtube & Meta.
🔴 Hyper-Targeted Communications: To convert awareness into action, we created geo-targeted emails and push notifications, delivering store-specific messaging while supporting a national brand push.
By combining audio, video, and data-driven targeting, we helped Chatime make a bold entrance into the iced coffee category—one sip at a time.
